By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions of our delivery and returns policy. These are strictly enforced so please don't order until you are 100% happy with your chosen designs and quality. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed and we enforce are strict returns and refund policy outlined below.

Delivery Information

Coyle's Personalised once operational will aim to have all orders completed and dispatched within 7 working days (excluding weekends). Delivery to mainland UK costs £8 and to Northern Ireland costs £6. We don't delivery to Republic of Ireland or anywhere else. Local collection from BT48 area costs £3.00. These charges are all added onto your invoice which will be sent via email and payment can be made directly via bank transfer or through PayPal. Please note, we won't start or complete your order until 100% of your payment has been received and cleared by your chosen payment method. Cash is not accepted for orders due to be collected locally. Once an order has been dispatched, it will require a signature upon delivery. All orders are photographed during printing, packaging and dispatch. You also agree we may use your personalised artwork for advertising purposes.

Returns Information

Our returns policy is simple. We don't accept returns for any orders. All orders are made to order and are personalised therefore returns will be rejected. If your item(s) become faulty (within 14 days of delivery) we will send a replacement to you but no refund/return will be accepted.
